Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because we don't like reading the long ones either. By using sundink.com you agree to this policy.

What we collect

When you shop, join our list, or contact us, we collect the information you give us — your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and order details. When you browse the site, we also collect standard technical data (device, browser, pages viewed, and general location from your IP) through the analytics tools described below.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is sent directly to Stripe and is never seen or stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Fulfillment

Our gear is produced and shipped by Printify and its print partners. To fulfill your order, we share your shipping address and order contents with Printify so your items can be made and delivered.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site so we can improve it. These tools may use cookies and collect usage data, including anonymized session activity and heatmaps. We do not use them to identify you personally.

Email & contact data

When you join our early-access list or send us a message, we store your email (and, for messages, your name and message) in our database provider, Supabase, so we can follow up and send you club news you opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How we use your information

To process and ship orders, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, operate and improve the site, and — if you opt in — send you updates and early-access perks. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us run the store: payments (Stripe), fulfillment and shipping (Printify and its carriers), analytics (Google, Microsoft), and data storage/email (Supabase). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@sundink.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR.

Data retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed to run the store and meet legal obligations, and we use reputable providers with industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Sundink is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
