Welcome to Sundink. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them — they include important limitations on our liability.

Orders & acceptance

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance and to product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order — including after it's placed — and will issue a refund if we do. Our products are printed to order; see our Returns & Exchanges policy for what that means for cancellations and returns.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy, but if a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we may cancel the affected order and refund you. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; by paying you authorize the charge for your order total, including shipping and any applicable tax.

Shipping & delivery

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $35 within the contiguous US; a flat rate applies below that. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of your order.

Product representations

We work hard to show our gear accurately, but printed colors and mockups may vary slightly from the physical product due to your screen, printing tolerances, and material differences. Minor variation is normal for print-on-demand goods and is not a defect.

Intellectual property

The Sundink and Picklewick names, crests, logos, artwork, and all site content are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sundink and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
