All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund.

Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over $35 within the contiguous US. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

Intellectual property

The Sundink and Picklewick names, crests, logos, and site content are our property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sundink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
