We want you stoked on your Sundink gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day returns
Unworn, unwashed apparel and accessories in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Paddles must be returned unused and in original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@picklewick.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll send return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
